Refunds & Returns
We make every effort to ensure you receive a high quality piece of jewellery when you purchase from us. Please note the following with regards to returns and refunds:
All returns must be logged within 7 days of your order being delivered. The item must be in original packaging, unworn and with labels attached. If you purchased from one of our markets, you need to provide proof of purchase.
There are no returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please check your ring size carefully before purchase. We provide detailed sizing information to ensure you select the correct ring for you. Rings cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing.
If you receive your purchase and want to exchange it for something else, we will arrange for courier collection and provide you with a gift voucher for the same value. You will be responsible for courier cost of R70 each way.
We carefully check all items before shipment to ensure there are no defects. Defects mean the item has a material imperfection in the design or manufacture and it renders the item less acceptable, useful or safe. Defective items can be returned within 7 days via courier (unworn and with labels in tack) and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
