HOW DO I GET MY SHOPPING FOR FREE?
How the Monthly Draw Works..
Every qualifying product that you purchase on our platform automatically secures you one unique entry into our Monthly Free Shopping Draw. Every qualifying Product gives you one base entry, with additional entries available during selected promotions. The more items you buy during the calendar month the more chances you have to win!
The Automated Draw..
Entries accumulate automatically from the first to the final day of each calendar month. Once the month ends the entry pool is locked. On the 20th of the following month, an independent, verifiable, random digital draw will take place to select one single winning product entry.
Receiving Your Prize..
If your qualifying Product entry is selected, you will receive a Prize equal to 100% of the retail purchase price actually paid for that winning Product! The Prize will ordinarily be paid to the original payment method used to complete that specific transaction, where technically possible. Delivery charges, including the standard R99 delivery fee or any other applicable delivery charge, are not included in the Prize value.

Defective or Damaged Goods Policy for Winners
Winning the Monthly Free Shopping Draw does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming Products will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and eSpree’s Returns & Refunds Policy.
BUYERS
How much is the shipping fee?
On a standard order (A3 courier envelope) the shipping costs within South Africa are R99. If your purchased item exceeds the standard A3 courier envelope size, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
What does Single Vendor Order mean?
When all the items purchased are from the same vendor.
How much do I pay for shipping when I buy from more than one vendor?

If I buy from more than one vendor, do I receive more than one parcel?
Yes. Each item is shipped directly from the vendor, so you will receive a delivery from each vendor that you buy from.
SELLERS
What is the next step after I receive an order?
When you receive an order email in your inbox, you will pack the order and notify us that it is ready for collection. We will send the courier to pick it up from your location and deliver it to the purchaser.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping is paid for by the purchaser of the item, and facilitated through our logistic process. You as the seller do not need to pay for or arrange for shipping.
When do I receive payment for my sales?
Payment is made into your account at the time of purchase by the buyer.
HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE
Earn money from every qualifying sale you refer
Have a wide network of contacts or an audience that loves discovering great products? Join the eSpree Affiliate Programme and earn 5% commission on qualifying sales made using your personalised referral code, subject to the Affiliate Programme terms.
Selected Affiliates may also receive personalised Ambassador Bonus Entry Codes to share with their audience as part of the eSpree Monthly Free Shopping Draw.
For example, an Ambassador Code offering +10 bonus entries gives the Buyer 10 additional Competition entries for each qualifying Product purchased using that code, in addition to the Product’s standard one entry.
Affiliate commission is paid directly into the Affiliate’s nominated bank account in accordance with the applicable Affiliate Programme terms.
Affiliate promotional content must clearly disclose the Affiliate’s commercial relationship with eSpree.
