Refunds & Returns

We will gladly accept all items provided they are unused for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased from, without exception. To be eligible for a return, all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused, condition with the swing tag still attached, no defects or stains, no smells and or any signs that the item has been used in any way. 

Defective products will be covered by us for collection & return courier. Discounted and sale items may not be returned for an exchange under any circumstances.
