Refunds & Returns

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange or dispute an order.

Please note :

• Sale and Markdown items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges
• The client is responsible for the safe return of the item to our offices, this includes safe packaging and making use of appropriate courier services.
• The item must arrive in the exact state it was when leaving our offices.
• No refunds will be issued if we receive damaged or altered items, this includes any damage that a courier may cause. Please ensure appropriate packaging.
• Damaged items in return transit should be taken up between the client and the courier company.
• Returns/Exchanges courier costs are payable by the customer where we only refund the product. Special cases may be considered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@espree.co.za for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or the wrong quantity so that we can evaluate the issue and sort you out.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as refunds, ie courier and transaction fees may apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT with supplied banking details.
