Refunds & Returns

We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your sheepskin product to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it in, be unworn and unused, with tags, and preferably in its original box packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact us and explain the details of your request.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to courier your package to.
Please send the item/s to us in a box for protection and not loose in a flyer bag where they can get damaged during transit.
Upon receipt of the package, your item/s will be checked to ensure they are in excellent condition and have not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Important Notes:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
The couriering of return or exchange items is at the cost of the customer. We will cover the courier cost of exchange items back to the customer.
Damages and issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and will include the price of the product only (excluding delivery costs).

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
