CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Treat them right and they’ll go the distance. Turn them inside out and wash in lukewarm water on a gentle 30°C cycle. No bleach, no dry cleaning, no ironing and definitely no tumble dryer. Just hang them out to air dry to keep their shape, softness and good looks for the long haul.
Refunds & Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to assessment and approval.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with the original packaging intact.
- To request a return, please email us with your order number and details of your request. We will assess whether the return meets our requirements and confirm if it can be processed.
- Once approved, you will need to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will arrange either a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
- Please note: customer-initiated cancellations may incur a 10% administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
